Growing notes

- Dill has a long taproot — use a deep pot (at least 10-12" deep) to avoid forking. - Direct-sow into the final container; it resents transplanting. - Stake taller varieties or pick a "Fernleaf"-style compact cultivar for windy balconies. - Successional sow every 3 weeks for continuous leaf harvest; let one or two plants flower for seed. - Companion of cucumbers and brassicas — attracts beneficial parasitoid wasps.
